Movement and Art Therapy workshop
In this Immersion we want to dive into movement practices and combine it with therapeutic arts to creatively and imaginatively explore our body and mind in an artistic and fluid way.
In the Movement part, led by Lara, we will be diving into yoga, Acroyoga, dance practices, meditation, Thai massage etc. The art therapy part, led by Ana, will be led to express yourself in connection with your unconsciousness to help discover your true self and embrace it fully.
You can expect a lot of fun, exploration of the body and mind in an artistic way. No need for any former experience in movement practices or to be artistic, just being curious and open of what can happen.

About us
We found each other through Acroyoga. A practice that combines the playfulness of acrobatics with the consciousness of yoga and Thai massage.
Lara has been doing movement practices for a long time but after she stumbled over a stacked crowd in the park doing acroyoga she found herself in a community of team work, inclusivity and mutual support. Since then she has been jumping around festivals and jams and after her teacher training in 2019 in Greece with acroyoga international and she started her 300hr yoga teacher training with Authentic Movements
Lara likes to play with various forms of embodied movement practices to be inspired to connect the mind and body. At the end of the day, the best thing is to see the smiling faces when something has been achieved that was impossible or a new movement unlocked a new facette of oneself.
Ana has great passions in life, Art, Yoga and Psychology. Her artistic career in the world of painting and artistic sports has allowed him to experience the benefits of the creative process. After her Master in Art Therapy in Madrid she has accompanied vulnerable populations (women, minors with social risk and adults with disabilities) and helped them discover new parts of themself. That is why it greatly motivates her to participate in projects that allow others to connect through art to gain insight, awaken and inspire.
