Diana loves to take care of and heal the human body through physiotherapy, therapeutic exercise, Pilates and yoga, which she learned in her home country, Venezuela, and her current residence, Spain.
In Acroyoga she discovered a discipline that brings together caring for the body and playfulness, connection with your partner and awareness, trust and care for each other.
And above all, teaching and learning this in a community full of joy.
Sessions
In this class we will teach you multiple beautiful washing machines that start and end in reverse bird, so you can combine them in a long flow.
Workshop will be in English, but we speak German, French and Spanish as well!

Fisiotherapist Diana Goicoechea and dancer Stefan Chaïm will guide you in this very special massage where we will use the whole body to move and stretch our partner, and enjoy the healing effect of close physical contact.
Washing machines that challenge your balance and fine technical work. And as an extra they can all be combined as we start and end in star.
Prerequisites: Please be sure to have a stable one-footed star and reverse shoulderstand, and a smooth 4-Step.
