Power Vinyasa Yoga for all levels with variations.
You'll need nothing but the wish to practice and maybe an alarm clock. The following things could be a good support though:

• yoga mat
• bottle (instead of a block)
• warm cloth for savasana/ as a block replacement
• strap sort of thing (stiff sweater, Jute-Beutel work) or which might be useful to deepen a positions

One more thing: Please stop asap if there is any pain coming up. Let me know about injuries if you want options and push yourselves as hard or embrace yourselves as soft as YOU like! Maybe even simultaneously. Cheers! Lara
