I love all things upside down. Whether alone whilst practicing handstands or, even better, whilst playing with other humans. My teaching focuses on finding the fun whilst encouraging a safe and sustainable practice. With years of experience teaching acroyoga flows in the UK, I am now also focussing more and more on handstands and standing acro, as well as icarian and whip pops. I look forward to playing with you all soon!

This workshop is open to all levels. We will be looking at the fundamental elements of counter balances and exploring how we can play with this concept to create all kind of weird and wonderful shapes.
Prerequisite: stable L basing foot to hand
We'll be looking at some funky entrances and exits to and from L basing foot to hand, as well as finding stability and testing base and flyer movements

Let's find the fun in some silly solo and partner walks. We'll be moving forwards and backwards, upwards and downwards in whatever which way we can. Come expecting foolishness, but don't be fooled: being silly is still an exhausting work out.
Handstands on body parts. We all know hand to hand but how about hand to elbow? or knee? or shoulder? In this workshop we'll be playing around with handstands on body parts, discovering a whole range of different shapes. If you can already hold a handstand then great, if not- find someone who can and be their base! (especially recommended for bases with wrist problems ;)
