Hi! I am Kati and I love acro.
I started with gymnastics, when I was 5, which gave me perfect basic skills for doing acrobatics. Nevertheless I had to learn that a base is no floor or uneven bars (and I am still working on enhancing this skill). I really enjoy finding the connection to the base / flyer and the feeling of doing a trick together with lightness and easiness and I also concentrate on this in teaching.
I love standing acro the same as icarians and whips & pops.
In teaching I like to support you to explore the feeling of a new skill more than trying to understand it through words.
I also like to teach ´´via negativa´´ (do it in a wrong way first - feel it - do it right - feel it).
My motto: Life is like potechka - just don't try too hard!

L-Base & Standing
An explosive-looking way for flyers to get from the ground onto a base! We'll be starting with the basics of pitching and working towards pitching to rh2h (pitch cascade) with lots of stops along the way for people of intermediate experience level and upwards. Pre-reqs include comfort with two-high and standing bird and f2h.
Learn to fling yourself and/or others from bird to chair and from chair to chair and potentially both in tempo!
