Dagmara Bajorek

Vinyasa Yoga Teacher with experience of 5 years of teaching Yoga and 9 years of practice, currently working at the Medical Yoga Center in Berlin. In Poland I lead also workshops with children, retreats for adults and combine practice with live music and deep relaxation. I constantly educate myself in the field of yoga, because it is an endless path of development. During my classes I use different yoga styles like Vinyasa, Iyengar method or Ashtanga to adapt the practice to individual needs. I share my Yoga path because I believe in the transformative power of this method.
