Josefine Adriana Yoga

Jana’s curiosity for life, while optimising her own health, both physically and mentally, led her to exploring all kinds of healing methods. With lots of trial and error she experienced the importance of coming out of the mind to live life from the heart and the wisdom of the body.

After practising for years she started facilitating spaces for others to explore their inner landscapes as well. Using mindfulness and free movement in e.g. yoga to connect with the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Accepting what is. Switching perspective from the outer- to the inner world. Focussing on what feels good instead of ‘what is supposed to be’ or ‘how it should look like’.

Jana loves connecting people to themselves and the world around them, bringing a calm and peaceful vibe to her practices. Whether teaching on festivals, in offices, studios or privates, she is always encouraging students to trust in their unique flow, to embrace whatever is present and to find their own way.

An evening with meditation, in connection to yourself, with full care for whatever comes up in the here and now. Respect your body and give it what it needs from moment to moment. How often do you réally give yourself that love and attention? How well do you listen to your heart? Are you in contact with your intuition and the wisdom of your system? Eliminate the sight to dive deeper within the self and explore your inner world. Come slow down and practice (bring warm clothes + mosquito spray).

Preparing for a full day of activities by first centring to yourself and connecting to your own breath, your own rhythm, your own pace. Feeling the intuitive impulse, where does the body want to go? Following that and only that, to set the tone for the rest of your festival day.

Blindfolded Yin Yoga

An experience to deepen the connection with yourself, where you can relax and slow down in a world (or more specific ‘in a festival’) which is rather yang most of the time. The blindfold helps to focus while heightening all the senses. Really diving into what it is you feel and how your body wants to move. No comparison, no striving - just ‘being’. Going from outside focused or ‘how it looks like’ to inside focused and ‘how it feels’. A very special journey. Just to ‘be’ with the sensations your body and mind, in slow movement, with some stretching or in complete stillness.

Mindful Walk + Nature Mandala making

Connecting to yourself, slowing down, creating space to see everything and everyone around you with new eyes. From there we honore nature and its seasons by creating a mandala, a geometrical symbol, on the earth with elements from our surroundings. Discover what is there to be found and in what way you can let your creativity flow. No experience needed, everyone is very welcome.
